For England you will not only need an adapter but the current is different. The US is 110 volts, in England it is 240volts so make sure your converter actually changes the current as well. It's a bit misleading because these websites call them adapters and they only basically change a 2 pin plug to a 3 pin plug but the current stays the same. check this site out. http://www.enjoy-europe.com/hte/chap11/electric.htm

Go to best buy or radio shack and they will have a plug adapter for you. This will allow you to change the adapter to w/e country you are in. However make sure....you appliances can handle the watts. If not then it will get fried and that is not a good thing. The only thing i am worried about is the hair dryer. Are you staying in a hotel maybe they will have one for you.

You can get universal travel adaptors at most airports. See http://www.kropla.com/electric2.htm for which style of plug is required for each country. You haven't said where you are from so make sure your equipment will handle the 220V at 50Hz used in the countries you've listed.

How can I make my computer keyboard switches back to the German style

How can I make my computer keyboard switches back to the German style?
I am an American living and working in Germany. At work sometimes, when I am editing a Word document that I created on my American laptop, the keyboard input changes to the American style. I suspect that there is some key combination that I accidentally press, because it doesn't happen all the time, and it doesn't start right when I open a document. Do you know that key combination so that I can switch back to the keyboard layout I have in front of me (German)?

In windows xp... start->control panel->region and language options. Select languages tab. Click details. Click add button. Select German from list. Click Ok. Now you should see a new icon in your task bar, click on this, to switch between german and english keyboards

how to get voicemails from a mobile phone

how to get voicemails from a mobile phone?
Is it possible to get voicemails off an iphone 4? I've had some abusive phone calls from someone that the police need to see. I'd contact my service provider and ask them but I live in Germany for now and i don't speak a word of german. If anyone has any ideas or knows of a program on my laptop that i can hold my phone upto to record them that would be awesome. Thanks

The voicemails aren't in the phone. That's how people can leave you voicemail while your phone is off or out of service area. Voicemails are in your carrier's servers
