You need to search for a 'Gebrauchtwaren Händler' shops who sell used items of all kind. Be aware in most cases laptops and PCs you buy in such a shop have NO guarantee so insist to try it in the shop before buying. You can search for Gebrauchtwaren Händler in either Yellow pages or the German telephone register or even with Google maps. Also check out the adds in the local newspapers most have online versions too. EDIT Gebrauchtwaren Händler do not only deal with used but also refurbished items. There is NO other place to shop for used / refurbished items you will have to tell the guys in the shop what exactly you are looking for.

I would look at Ebay or Craigslist These are your best options because you have all the info on hand. Frankly speaking, new laptops are so cheap nowadays, I don't see the need. 2nd hand shops are around, but you get what you pay for. Cheers from DOWNUNDER
