What on earth is going on in Germany? I have been looking for a laptop with English Windows but found nothing?
I am looking for sony Viao but when I go to its website SONY.DE but there is no way to send them any qustion or e-mail to ask if it is possible to give me a Laptop with German Keyboard but English Windows. I contacted some Sony retailers in Germany but they haven't ever heard any offer like this. Why? Isn't there any foreigner in Germany? Is it unusual to order a laptop in this country with a windows with international language? Do I expect too much or there is something else going on in this country?

It's probably not a conspiracy. It might just not be a common thing to look for.

Most Windows operating systems have the option to change the language. Change the display language: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Change-the-display-language This does not change the key board lettering.
