what a/c adapter plugs should i get for germany?
Going to germany in 4 days, what type of A/c adapter plugs should I get? My laptop and camera both can take 240v, so i dont need a voltage converter, just an adapter to make it fit into their walls. Is there just one type of adapter that I have to get....or 2 types? You know, like male, female or something? thank you.

European power is based on a two (sometimes three) prong outlet...The plug is similar to North American, but has round prongs rather than blades... European power is also higher voltage (220-240V)than the US (110-120V), so only use items with a transformer that can handle this voltage... If you are staying in a decent hotel, the front desk with have the adapters, just ask them for it and they will give it you to use at no charge. I was recently in Amman, Jordan, the hotels provided the adapters
