do German hospitals have wireless internet?
My friend in Germany is in the hospital. Also i add if the hospitals in Germany have wireless intternet, can patients use their laptops in bed to use the wireless internet?

it depends. the hospitals i know have none, and it's certainly not allowed in the IC unit... but you should ask.

Hello: Whether a German Hospital has accessible WiFi or not, may depend on the hospital. If you know the name of the hospital your friend is in, call their information desk. Whether or not patients are allowed to use their own wireless devices (as an inpatient) would depend on 1) hospital policy 2) the patient's condition (if your friend is in the ICU, then the answer would most likely be a "no") and/or 3) if your friend brought a 3g phone or laptop with them when they checked in.
