change my windows language from dutch to English?
I buy a laptop from germany, How can I change its windows vista to english............?? Can I don't reinstall my windows?

use the CD-ROM to change the language. it should be equipped with the CD when you bought it.

Languagepacks for Vista can be obtained and downloaded with the updates. Others may not work. More than one language only applies for Vista Ultimate and Enterprise. As far as I know..
